Established in 1977 by Stavros C. Galanakis, ELVICTOR is the First Crew Management Company in Greece, Germany, Ukraine and the Philippines to be accredited with ISO Management System Certification in compliance with Maritime Labor Convention by DNV Classification (2010).

CREW MANNING
We are committed crew managers and crew manning agents. This commitment is reflected in one simple fact:
Elvictor Group as a whole (including all its branches) is the first crew manager and crew manning agent accredited with ILO MLC globally back in 2010 (1st of June). We are proud of this achievement which is the culmination of our effort to establish Elvictor as a pioneer in crew management matters keeping abreast of all crewing developments that take place in the ever-changing shipping landscape.

Essentially, Elvictor’s role when it comes to crew manning is the following:
‘We aim to co-create value along with Principals by becoming an extension to their crew management department.
This is achieved in ways which are sustainable, trustworthy, flexible and in accordance with Principals’ expectations and crew-related policy’.
CREW MANAGEMENT AT COST
The Crew Management At Cost scheme means that the Principal is paying a lump sum for recruitment services in advance. The lump sum can include various add-on services that the Principal pre-selects while additional services based on Principals’ will can be provided at Cost with supporting vouchers.

CREW MANAGEMENT ALL INCLUSIVE
The Crew Management All Inclusive scheme means that the Principal is paying a lump sum for recruitment services in advance. The lump sum includes various services that were provided at cost, but Elvictor provides the option to the Principal to select specific services based on Principals’ will that can be provided at Cost with supporting vouchers. We develop tailor-made management schemes according to Principals’ requirements, budget constraints, and business policy.
