INTRODUCTION

AKTOR’s (www.aktor.gr) EPC business related to the design & construction of solar PV power plants is branded “BIOSAR” (www.biosar.gr).

BIOSAR entered the solar market in 2007; however, EPC jobs (in a utility scale) were awarded since 2009, in Greece, whereas in 2010, the international activities were initiated.

As of today (September 2017), BIOSAR, has commissioned internationally ca. 1.4 GWp of solar Plants. Moreover, PV projects of total capacity of 250 MWp are currently under construction in Chile, Brazil and Greece.

BIOSAR offers specialized services in the area of EPC and O&M of utility scale solar PV Plants.

BIOSAR and its specialized dedicated to solar PV core team, collaborators and subcontractors, working almost solely on PV projects for a decade, have designed, built and operated a very large number of different PV Plants of almost all possible types and configurations. Thus BIOSAR has the "toolbox"​ to design and build any solar PV Plant in such a way that, without compromising quality, can offer the best LCOEs.
