Maritsa's Archontariki extends into 3 different levels & spaces. From the picturesque pedestrian area of Ermoupolis where you can choose between the interior and exterior, on the first floor with a venue of events up to 130 people & the Roof Garden.
The menu is based on tradition & quality, combining flavors from Syros and new suggestions for demanding palates not satisfied with the ordinary. The chef has created a series of innovative **traditional products certified with ISO22000:2005**, that highlight the island's specialties emphasizing on capers and fennel. All the products are genuine Greek local, the pies are opened by hand, smeared with virgin olive oil & staffed with delicious traditional products, such as Syros cheese San Michalis, Syros sausage, etc.
