Choosing the right Flight School:
The choice of the right training school is the first step on your way to become a competent Private or Professional Pilot and is the most important decision you will take.
There is no casual approach of learning to fly and a successful flying career is only possible by obtaining the best training during the formative hours of aviation training. The core objective of OAA is to provide the best possible foundation for our student pilots from the very first day. We will make no shortcuts and we will leave nothing to chance.
The Flight is art and the art of flying is being taught and learned by the right staff.

OAA is established by Professional pilots from the military Air Force and Civil Aviation industry with thousand hours of flying and great experience in training process and Ground Instructors with proven specialized skills and long time experience in aviation.
More than 50 airports:
For advanced training the student pilots have opportunities to train and visit more than 50 airports and airfields around of the Greek mainland and islands (eg. Mykonos, Santorini, Corfu, Crete, Rhodes) either for VFR or IFR approaches.
Hospitality:
At OAA you will be personally guided through each stage of your training program, in an hospitable environment from the first introductory flight to all the way through to the day you receive your completion of certificate on relative licence.
Meet the right Staff
You will be taught by highly qualified tutors who will draw their many years of flight and training experience, (military and airline) to make your course enjoyable and rewarding. They are skilled in staff management, security and safety, briefing and leadership of highly skilled pilots and they demonstrate instructional abilities in a highly demanding commercial environment, through execution of syllabus design, management and revision for entry level pilots, while providing effective training, supervision and assessment. Ground Instructors with proven specialized skills and long time experience in aviation are the right staff for our candidates.
The Career
Boeing predicts that the commercial aviation industry will need 466,650 pilots and 596,500 maintenance workers worldwide over the next 20 years to meet demand. The Boeing outlook indicates that by 2031 the world will require:
460,000 new commercial airline pilots
601,000 new commercial airline maintenance technicians
“In many regions of the world, our customers are facing challenges in recruiting personnel due to pilot and technician shortages,” said Sherry Carbary, vice president, Boeing Flight Services. “Boeing is committed to developing innovative solutions that address this critical need by leveraging our knowledge, expertise and experienced global team to give our customers and the industry the training advantage they need to succeed.”
While overall demand for aviation personnel remains strong, the projected need for technicians has decreased from last year, due in part to improving airplane technology and maintenance efficiencies as well as older airplanes being retired sooner than average due to higher fuel prices. The result is better than expected reliability and longer maintenance check intervals. Demand for maintenance personnel, however, is still expected to grow in proportion to the expanding global fleet.
Projected demand by region:
Asia Pacific – 185,600 pilots and 243,500 technicians
Europe – 100,900 pilots and 129,700 technicians
North America – 69,000 pilots and 92,500 technicians
Middle East – 36,100 pilots and 53,700 technicians
Latin America – 42,000 pilots and 47,300 technicians
Africa – 14,500 pilots and 16,200 technicians
Russia and CIS – 11,900 pilots and 18,100 technicians
“Meeting this exponential demand requires increased reliance on new, digital technology such as online and mobile computing,” said Carbary. “Boeing is expanding its training technologies and the reach of our partnerships and working to develop a global flight school network to better supply aviation talent for the future.”
