Το «Parking Καποδίστριας » ιδρύθηκε τον Μάρτιο του 1999 από τον Χρήστο Καποδίστρια με σκοπό την καλύτερη και ασφαλέστερη στάθμευση των οχημάτων ,των πελατών του. Είναι από τα πρώτα parking στον χώρο των μεγάλων οχημάτων στον νομό Θεσσαλονίκης. Βρίσκεται στην περιοχή του Β ΚΤΕΟ σε σημείο με εύκολη πρόσβαση 200μ. από την οδό Πόντου. Στόχος του parking είναι η εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών του όλο το 24ωρο και όλες τις ημέρες του χρόνου. Σ΄ έναν συνολικό χώρο 20στρ. οι πελάτες έχουν την δυνατότητα να σταθμεύσουν το φορτηγό και το αμάξι τους, να σταθμεύσουν τις φορτωμένες καρότσες τους, να κάνουν χρήση των εγκαταστάσεων (καφετέρια, μπάνιο), να αναμένουν περιμένοντας κάποια δουλεία, να διανυκτερεύσουν με ασφάλεια στα οχήματα τους, να λάβουν κάποια τηλεφωνική ενημέρωση(fax) στα γραφεία του parking να έχουν ελεύθερη πρόσβαση σε ιντερνέτ και να κάνουν συντήρηση του οχήματος τους.
