Our olive groves are situated at an altitude of 360 meters on Panaetolian mountain, near by the very ancient Thermon, named by historical Polivios “the thermion field and Acropolis of the entire Aetolia region” as also the native country of the “saint of slaves – Kosmas Aetolos”.

Due to land’s adoration and the cultivation of our olive trees, the target for a controlled quantity of a qualitative production and our looking-up to consumers traditional feedings, urged us - father and daughter -, to “resurrect” our hereditary land - of our father and grandfather physician Loucas Efthimiou - a 65 years old land full of myths, fairy tales and childhood memories of our olds olive press and water mill.

The climate conditions, the location, the incline territory, the variety, the attentive tree’s trimming, the soil’s deforestation, the water from the irrigation canal which traverse our land and arise from the panaetolian mountain, the manner and the season of the olive harvest, the maturity, the directness of transport to the olive press, the mode of olive oil production and finally, the endless hours of absolute personal involvement of the family in recent years, are the main elements that reward us with the desired result:

The olive tree ,is a holy tree, a divine gift, a fruit of luck, prosperity, fertility, purification and appears in all aspects of Greek life as in religion, art, sports, social events, and also in painting and mural. Is a therapeutic element, beautifying, nutritional dominant and is included in the decade of the most beneficial nutritional products.
