This early harvest fresh olive juice is full of concetrated goodness.

Three generations of Dafnis Family members tend the aged "Lianolia" variety olive trees, many of which are over 500 years old. We use the gentlest possible harvesting and pressing methods and nature rewards us with a superb, unfiltered olive oil with the aroma of freshly-pressed olives, emerald green colour, rich texture and unique peppery taste. All are indications of unussually high polyphenol content, which is what gives olive oil its healthy benefits. Add a finer taste dimension to salads or drizzle over warm food just before serving.

Our olive oil is named in honour of the First Governor of free and independent Greece, who was a local Corfiot aristocrat, Count Ioannis Kapodistrias (1776 - 1831).

Olive Oil polyphenols contribute to the protection of blood lipids from oxidative stress. This beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 20 gr. of olive oil.
