The J&G Villas complex consists of two luxurious villas, conveniently located in the picturesque village of Kolymvari in NW Crete, 22 km from the historical town of Chania and a short drive from the coast.
The two villas, “Villa Filira” and its brand new sister “Villa Ianira”, enjoy a privileged hillside position overlooking Kolymvari Bay. They are absolutely independent of each other, with the former having been built on a spacious 5000 m² property and the later on a 3000 m² plot. Each of them is entirely fenced in, boasts its own infinity pool and is surrounded by lush olive groves and beautiful gardens. A children’s play area can be added upon request for our young guests. The villas’ architecture, color schemes, decoration and furnishings have taken their natural setting into account in order to provide guests looking for privacy and seclusion with the peace and serenity they desire. The villas’ oversized glass balcony doors and bay windows allow sunlight to flood in while opening onto verandas and patios and providing breath-taking panoramic views of the sea and mountains.
The villas have been outfitted with comfortable, high quality furnishings which are at once cozy and elegant. Special attention has been paid to every detail, including equipping the properties with top-quality, state-of-the-art modern conveniences such as wireless internet, flat screen Led TVs, music systems, alarms, cameras as well as air-conditioning in all rooms.
