The guest house is one of the first seven houses one can find while reaching the linear agglomeration of Fourni. It is composed of two buildings joined by a common wall. The one was built during the late 19th century and the other during the Interwar period. They are therefore two traditional stone houses, fully restored, renovated and integrated into the modern way of life.

In a manner of fitting-out, both houses function as one and it can accommodate up to 10 people. The ground-floor consists of the living-room, the kitchen and a lavatory. The living room includes a sitting room with sofas, fireplace, satellite TV and DVD and a large dining room. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances, such as a refrigerator/freezer, an electric stove, and other small appliances such as a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster etc.A highchair is also provided. The upper floor is mainly constituted of sleeping areas. More specifically, it includes three master bedrooms, two with double beds and one with twin beds.It also has two drawing rooms one of which is equipped with a queen size bed, and the other with a sofa bed arranged into two single beds. This level has also two bathrooms. It is equipped with TV, hairdryer, iron, ironing board, floor fan and a baby cot.

The house is fully air-conditioned.
It has a large two-level yard, with a barbeque and three outdoor living-rooms. From the courtyard, throughout the day, you can enjoy the advantages of this residence: the quietness and the breathtaking view.
