Facebook Page Participation Guidelines

This page is intended to provide information about OwnersDirect and allow OwnersDirect to engage in conversation with those who want to share their experiences with our brand.

We configure our Facebook wall to show OwnersDirect content only, so you are able to find all of the latest company information and communications easily.

But feel free to browse the "Posts by Others" view to have a look at what other people are contributing to the conversation, too.

- comments on page posts that are unrelated to the published content
- posts/comments encouraging people to visit competitors websites or purchase products from competitors
- any posts directing people to groups that are organising legal action
- content that violates the privacy of any HomeAway, Inc. employee
- content containing information about financial data, business data, pending litigation or regulatory issues
- comments that are inflammatory towards other users

We also have the right to block users from the page. This is done rarely but can occur if:

- a person is abusing other page users
- a person is using negative information about OwnersDirect or our products to provoke other users
- a person is continuously posting repetitive or spam comments
- a person violates these page guidelines
