Η Αγγελική και η Τώνια έχουν χρόνια εμπειρίας στον αθλητισμό και την άσκηση σε διάφορους τομείς του fitness, με διακρίσεις και επιτυχίες σε Παγκόσμιο και Ολυμπιακό επίπεδο. Η αγάπη τους και η αφοσίωση για το fitness τις έφερε κοντά και οδήγησε στη δημιουργία του Street Workout Athens, του πρώτου υπαίθριου γυμναστηρίου στο κέντρο της Αθήνας.
Το Street Workout Athens (SWA) προσφέρει υπαίθρια αλλά και εσωτερική εκγύμναση σε μικρά τμήματα, semi-personal αλλά και one to one συνεδρίες με πρωτοπόρες τεχνικές βασισμένες στην ολοκαίνουρια φιλοσοφία των “Elements”. Οι μέθοδοι προπόνησης “Elements” που δημιουργήθηκαν απο την ομάδα του SWA βελτιώνουν και μεγιστοποιούν όλα τα επιπέδα της φυσικής κατάστασης (μυική αντοχή, δύναμη, έκρηξη, agility, ταχυδύναμη, αντοχή στη δύναμη, ευκινησία, ευλυγισία) χρησιμοποιώντας κυρίως τα παρακάτω προπονητικά εργαλεία: TRX, BODYWEIGHT,PILATES,ELASTICS,YOGA,WEIGHT LIFTING,CARDIO, HEAVY ROPES, LEBERT.

Aggeliki and Tonia spend years of coaching and exercising in various realms of Fitness. They also won medals and achieved the highest distinctions at both universal as well as Olympic level. Their mutual desire to alter their mindset concerning fitness brought them together and became the basic concept in the offspring of Street Workout Athens, the first outdoor gym in the city center.
Street Workout Athens (SWA) offers outdoor and indoor Innovative training techniques based on the brand new philosophy “Elements” in small groups, semi-personal and one to one sessions. The “Elements’ training methods, invented by the SWA team, improves and maximizes the physical condition (muscular endurance, strength, agility, flexibility etc) using mainly the following training tools: TRX, BODYWEIGHT, PILATES, ELASTICS, YOGA, WEIGHT LIFTING,CARDIO, HEAVY ROPES, LEBERT.
